• Clothing/dress requirements:
  Participants should wear comfortable clothing that will allow ease of movement while participating on the climbing tower and zip lines. A shirt and pants/shorts are required. Shoes must be secure on the foot; closed-toe and closed-heel tennis shoes are ideal; Crocs with a heel strap over the heel, Chaco sandals with straps around the ankle, and over the foot and heel are acceptable. No flip flops or other backless shoes or slides. Long hair must be pulled back.
  Jewelry should be removed. All personal items (wallet, cell phone, keys, cameras, etc.) will need to be placed in a basket prior to entering the ZIP Adventure experience and can be retrieved following completion of the climbing wall and zip lines.

Participants must weigh between 60 - 275 lbs for ZIP Adventure and 35 - 275 lbs for climbing tower. Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes required. Children 10 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

Payment - We require full payment at the time of purchase. Your credit card will be charged when you click "Accept" on the confirmation page. Charges to your credit card will appear as Ruby Falls. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Ticket Redemption Options – You may show your tickets digitally or print your tickets.

The bearer of this ticket agrees to hold blameless and harmless Ruby Falls (Ruby Falls, Dread Hollow, Fear Connection, and High Point ZIP Adventure) in the event of personal illness, injury, loss, or damage to property.

The holder of this ticket assumes all responsibilities for any rise of bodily harm or loss of property sustained while attending this attraction and waives all rights to lay claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during, or after the attraction visit.

Your E-ticket has a unique bar code that will be scanned at the attraction designated on your ticket for attraction admission. Each ticket will be scanned only once and are only valid at the designated attraction. It is a one-time use only ticket but can be used any day of operation at the designated attraction(s) unless otherwise noted on your ticket. All other coupons, discounts, or special offers are NOT valid with the E-ticket.
